At Oddesign Studio we’re passionate about building long lasting, collaborative and inspiring relationships with our clients that go far beyond the point of when your brand is ready to be launched.


We want to make our project process as clear and as easy to follow as possible, ensuring seamless modes of communication and feedback, keeping our clients in the loop at each stage.

ONBOARDING


The first step is to fill out our enquiry form with a brief overview of your project, timeline and overall goals you would wish to achieve by collaborating with us. If we see that you’re a good fit for our design studio, we will then email you a link to book in a free onboarding call in order to get to know each other more and discuss your project further in regards to timeline expectations, packages and deliverables.

Your project will only progress to the next step upon
50% deposit payment, all of which will be outlined in the proposal.

DISCOVERY


When the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, you’ll be sent your client portal within Notion and be asked to fill out a custom project questionnaire. This will clarify where we need to look in terms of market research in order to position you in the right demographic against your competitors and align you with your target audience and ideal client base.

We’ll want all the
nitty gritty details that we can get our hands on to make sure our project is as successful as possible, there’s no such thing as TMI!

NAVIGATION


Once we have gained insight on your business story and goals, we’ll dive into our research of your industry, ideal audience and competitors in order to curate two unique strategy and creative direction presentations in the form of mood boards, sketches, target audience profiles and business archetypes along with detailed objectives in order to gauge which direction resonates with you the most.

This stage is accompanied by a
video/phone call for you to give the feedback that we will take into the design phase.

ORBIT


After we’ve touched base and received your feedback on the proposed design directions and a particular direction is chosen, the design process starts.

A
brand identity presentation will then be delivered with all the required brand touch points covered along with an in-depth design rationale. Think of it like meeting/reuniting with your brand for the first time!

A
video/phone call and round of revisions will accompany this phase to make sure it aligns perfectly with your vision and intention for your business.

TOUCHDOWN


Our project is complete and ready to be launched into the world! You’ll receive a goodbye packet including your final files, file guide and brand guidelines to make showcasing and elevating your business and brand as easy as possible.

PROJECT WORKFLOW
